I had an overall satisfactory experience with Kosha. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for. The checkout process was simple and the delivery was on time. However, I did face a minor issue with one of the products. The customer service team was quick to resolve it, but it would have been better if the issue didn't occur in the first place.
