James Perdicaro working there is a thief! (he is working in fitness first Maroubra last I heard)

I negotiated to get a 6 months contract but with the free weeks you get with the 1 year contract. He agreed to this and got me to sign the 1 year contract anyway and said "I don't have a contract for the deal I gave you so you ahve to sign this but I will make sure this gets cancelled automatically after the 6 months.

6 months forwards I cancel my card at the front desk and money kept coming out of my account. I contacted support and told them what happend and they told me to speak with him. Rang him and he assured me that he would cancel it and refund me the money. Weeks went and I kept calling and he just said it was taking time etc with the head office and said he would handle it so there was no need for me to call them. Called probably 5 times and he said the same thing.

Then I called the head office and they had never heard about this which was very clear then that he was lying. He was on holiday then so the guy I spoke with refused to call him during his holiday even tho he is being accused of STEALING MONEY ON THE JOB. The guy on the phone told me that he could give me some free training time which I didn't want and wouldn't use as I told him and he just responded in a way that it would be very very hard to get any money back so I went with the free pass which I barley used and regret even taking.

I added him on FB which he ignored as a guilty thief would.
