A bit mixed. Their prices on some things are great, prices on other things not so great. They're a bit hard to find - unless you are specifically looking for them, you'd pass right by the building and never even realize what they do. They are friendly and try hard, and work to get things right. Only reason I didn't go with them is because they aren't a union shop. If that doesn't matter to you, then its a great print shop in Benzie.
