I have a very mixed evaluation of RB Fence. On the one hand, the estimator and office staff were professional and diligent in their work. The quality of *most* of the work seems very good and the onsite crews were productive and polite. They completed a couple of extra favors that I asked for including moving their schedule around to start my job sooner. RB seems to use better materials than other fences and they offer a long warranty on the posts.

However I also experienced a lot of issues. Some crew members littered in my yard even though I put out a trash can, including cigarette butts. They also urinated in my yard even though I offered use of our guest bathroom (yes they peed in my yard - I could smell it). The job took twice as long as I was told it would take. One day, without explanation, no one showed up to work. I paid extra to fix an issue that was revealed after the demo, and the crew reused deteriorating parts of my old fence instead of new material. One crew did a great job leveling a retaining wall, but then another crew did a terrible job grading the soil at the base of the wall so the concrete anchor heights vary +/- 8".

I'm not unhappy with the final result, but for $17,000+ from a large company I expected better service. I won't hire RB fence again.
