Recently, I used the services of a publishing company to publish my research paper, and I found them to be quite average. The quality of the publication was decent, but there were some delays in the editing and proofreading process. Additionally, I feel like the publication fees were a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. However, the customer support team was helpful and responsive. My overall experience with Ibima was okay, but it could have been better.
