I recently started practicing Aikido and found Aikido of Maine to be a wonderful place to learn. The instructors are experienced and patient, and they create a welcoming atmosphere for all students. The training sessions are well-structured and provide a good balance of physical exercise and technical learning. I have seen significant improvement in my Aikido skills since joining Aikido of Maine.
