I recently had an experience with Rapid Radiology, Inc and I have to say it was average. The website, rapidrad.com, was easy to navigate and the process of scheduling a radiology appointment was fairly straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Overall, the service provided by Rapid Radiology, Inc was nothing exceptional.
