I returned from a business trip on 10/12 to discover that my AC was inoperable. I called for a repair the next day and Climatech sent someone the same day. Bob said the unit needed significant repairs because some of the circuitry was ruined. After checking for parts to repair my AC it was ascertained that it had to be replaced because parts were no longer available for the 5 ton unit I had. It was about 15 years old. Mike came to give an estimate the next day and by the next morning we agreed to the estimate. We were in the schedule for an install within a week from reposting the problem and now I don t have to worry about sweltering in anymore Fall heat. Climatech s. customer service is unmatched. They have been the sole provider of all of my HVAC needs since 2012.
