I have been using the services of Townsend, tomaio & newmark, l.l.c. for the past few years and I must say, they have been average at best. While their legal team is knowledgeable and experienced, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The response time is often slow, and communication can be lacking at times. Overall, their services get the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement.
