If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Purchased a used vehicle from them under the agreement that there were certain repairs that were going to be made. They let us drive the vehicle home on a Sunday and said they would be there Tuesday to pick it up for the repairs. After 3 no call no shows, they finally came the following Saturday after we called numerous times asking when they were coming to get the vehicle. The vehicle has now been with them for a week and a half and is still not fixed. Nobody follows up to let us know what is going on, we continuously have to call them. Their Executive Sales Manager Joel Jerrell is rude and hung up on me when I expressed my concerns that the vehicle was just sitting there not being worked on and that it needed to get handled. Now we are being told it is going to be up to another week before they even get it fixed, maybe. Would not advise anyone to buy any other make of car from them other than Toyota if you do go to them because they can't fix other brands and have to send them to other dealers. They then blame those dealers for the repairs taking so long. Would not recommend this company to anyone for purchasing a vehicle. I have bought a vehicle from them in the past and had a great experience, so I don't know if owners or management changed since then, but I definitely can say they have gone down in their level of customer service.
