I recently bought a Cadillac from a dealership and it was a complete nightmare. The salesperson was pushy and unhelpful, and the entire process was stressful. However, my experience with McLaughlin Motors was the complete opposite. The staff was friendly, patient, and provided outstanding customer service. They made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process and helped me find the perfect car. I cannot recommend them enough!
