I've been a customer of Monest for a few months now and I can say that their service is average. It's not great, but it's also not terrible. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. However, the customer support could be improved as it takes them a while to respond to inquiries. Overall, I would rate Monest as an average company.
