I had an average experience with Cross Cultural Communications. The company website, crossculturalcom.com, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, I would say that my experience with the company was just average.
