I recently used this home care service for my elderly parent and found it to be somewhat average. The caregivers were friendly and well-intentioned, but I noticed some inconsistencies in their level of care. The communication from the management could have been better, as there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times for a response. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information, but I expected more comprehensive resources and support.
