I recently availed the services of a home support services consortium and overall, I had a decent experience. The staff were polite and helpful in addressing my needs. However, there were a few issues that could have been better. The communication could have been more prompt and some of the services took longer than expected to be completed. Nevertheless, I would say that the company provides an average level of support.
