I have been with Mosaic Financial Group INC for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. The customer support is okay, they have been responsive to my queries and have provided helpful solutions. However, I feel that they could improve their online banking interface which is a bit outdated. Overall, I am satisfied with their services but there is still room for improvement.
