Took my vehicle there to get an oil change and recall fixed. They told me 4 hours. I waited 4.5 hours then inquired about the status. Another 30 minutes (5 hours total) I was on my way. I got a call about a month afterwards saying they need to do the recall because they never fully ran the system in my car. Someone is confused here because the service advisor told me everything was done. Yet their notes say that it's not finished.
