First of all, I paid for 3 orders of flour tortilla wraps on my online order and only got one order. Second, my husband s order was completely wrong. I called and no one answered. I left a message explaining what was wrong and asked for a call back. I left TWO phone numbers. No phone call back at all! I can understand a mistake but then not return calls when the mistakes are brought to your attention?? That s unacceptable!!! On top of all of this the portion sizes have gotten smaller over the past few months. I swore I d never go back to Chipotle when Burrito Wings opened because the food was better, larger portions and great customer service at Burrito Wings. Now... you re out of things EVERY time we go in, the portions are smaller and the customer service isn t even bad ... it s nonexistent! Very disappointed! You ve lost our business unless something changes for the better.
