I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate SPI-Bio as average. The overall experience was okay. The website of the company is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that the product descriptions could be more detailed. The customer support was prompt in responding to my queries. Overall, I had an average experience with SPI-Bio.
