Having worked with Premium so smoothly last year, I didn t expect it to be so difficult this year. They came out for an estimate, which for less work than last year was the same amount, so I asked for a slight reduction, which took 3 weeks of hounding to get someone to reply to me. It also took hounding to get on the schedule. Before they left I caught they hadn t given my front holly bush a decent enough trim, which they somewhat corrected. Unfortunately I assumed when I said everything is weeds, rip it all out they d rip everything, however I was wrong. I sent a follow up email, but never heard back. The level of work this year is absolutely not the same as last year and not is their customer service. (For reference: The first picture was last year, the weeds left are this year. )
