If it was just one thing it would be easier to Write a good report but with this particular group its only bad news from my experience.

Here are a few things I find frusterating to the point of anger.

-The picture thay have does not match the actual current address.

-The number they have online is inoperable and does not work discouraging people from contacting them.

-The three numbers they have for their building do not work.

-They occupy two floors of the buliding making it hard to talk to a representative

-They only accept check or moneyorder leaving an online method impossible to use.

-The frount desk in the ground floor lobby doesn't have a valid way of contacting the Office.

-When paid by check they have taken up to eight days to clear fee payments risking over drawing my account not once or twice but every time I paid by check (three days to ship one day to clear thats four days properly)

My opinion of this establishment, even though they are a organization seeking to expose fraud and to return wasted money back to the bureaucrat, end up using the same corrupt practices that they are trying to take down.

Maby not all the organization but the way it is currntly designed makes me think that it functions much like a -Hypocrite-

I give it 1 star even though it deserves 20 peices of coal.
