I recently attended a team building event organized by a company. The event was well-planned, and the activities allowed us to bond as a team. However, I feel that more structure could have been provided by the facilitators. The team building exercises were somewhat engaging but didn't fully capture our attention. Overall, it was an average experience, and I believe there are better options available for team building events.
