I have been a customer of Glowsphere for a few months now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, I have encountered some issues with their customer support. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my inquiries, which can be quite frustrating. Overall, I would say Glowsphere is an okay company to buy from.
