I recently hired a design firm for a project, and I must say they did a decent job. The team was professional and delivered the expected results. However, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of innovation and attention to detail. Nevertheless, they were responsive to my feedback and made necessary revisions. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I would consider working with them again if they showcase further improvements.
