My experience with Compass self drive was generally positive. The car I rented was in decent condition and served its purpose well. The only downside was the pickup process which took longer than expected due to a mix-up in the reservation system. However, the staff were apologetic and managed to resolve the issue promptly. Overall, I would consider using their services again.
