I recently attended a yoga retreat organized by La vita in equilibrio and it was an underwhelming experience. The instructors seemed disengaged and the sessions lacked depth. The location was beautiful, but the overall atmosphere was lacking warmth and inclusivity. The meals provided were mediocre. Overall, I was disappointed with the retreat and would not recommend it.
