I've been working with Sandra Martin Clark with Manning and Fulton for 5.5 months on an estate administration case. When she responds it is after several attempts, communication is very poor, and there is no attention to detail. After months of being very frustrated with Mrs. Clark's poor performance, I contacted Alan Dickinson, Client Relations. I expected to see improvements in Mrs. Clark responses and find final resolution for my case, however what I found was that Mr. Dickinson was not interested in hearing nor resolving my concerns. In fact, Mr. Dickinson stated there was no other attorney at Manning and Fulton who could provide responsive service for my case. Clearly when the demand for work is high, expecting good or even adequate service is not a priority for Manning Fulton. This is especially sad when trying to resolve the estate of a loved one.
