Their employees -- especially in the glass and treatments shops -- are kind as can be, always willing to help and spot-on efficient with orders. The management is a different story; arrogant and ineffective, the current manager never responded to a query I made when there was an issue with fabrics my wife had ordered for our daughter's room, and instead of an explanation or (imagine) an apology, he spouted nothing but corporate doublespeak and cop-outs about the "global economic downturn!" IMAGINE THAT - especially considering what the company charges!

If you can deal exclusively with their workers, you would likely be satisfied. But, knowing now about the weak, whiny "owner and manager" who is running the place I will never use the firm again
