One of the main reasons this company has survived ...

One of the main reasons this company has survived and is continuing their methods is, to my best understanding, the unsupervised nature of the crypto space with no serious competition. The company is mainly composed of of interns, and new college and university graduates with 1-2 years of experience. There is no guided direction from the management in the company. The company cannot keep their good employees, and has frequent job postings. I recommend this company for gaining some experience for people who are looking for a software development experience, but I don't recommend it to the veterans of the field.
