Premium pricing crappy service. My electric has "f...

Premium pricing crappy service. My electric has "flickered" 4 times in the last month and has been "flickering" at least once or twice a month for years. REMC has manage to blow up two play stations a computer and my home theater system. Prices are twice as high as the surrounding areas.
