NEVER EVER willingly use them as your mortgage com...

NEVER EVER willingly use them as your mortgage company. Refinance to a mortgage company that cares to even answer your call instead of leaving you on hold for 30 minutes or an hour. Worst company ever. So glad to be done with them. Would give them a negative 100 stars.
