Automated response is terrible and asked the same questions over and over again.

The only reason it is receiving a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because the customer care representatives are polite and helpful to their best capacity. However, they have very limited power to do anything.

The credit dispute is absolutely terrible. They are slow to respond and don't work on your issue diligently.
