I have had an overall average experience with Ekena, LLC, Delinquent May 1, 2010. The customer support was responsive and helpful, but the quality of their products was just average. The prices were reasonable, but I expected better value for my money. They have a good selection of products, but I found some of them to be of subpar quality. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
