The trip organized by Makkah Tours And Travel INC was not up to my expectations. The customer service was average and there were some issues with the booking process. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the accommodations provided were not satisfactory. I felt that the rates were too high for the quality of service received. Overall, it was not a great experience.
