I called earlier in the week to find out what I needed to have to get a Florida tag as I moved from NC to here and I was told that I needed my title and proof of insurance. After waiting in line for an hour outside I finally got to a window to be told I had to have Florida insurance. I asked if I could call really quick to switch it as I was led to believe as long as I had an NC tag that I needed NC insurance and was told no I had to come back at another time. Any good business should inform the person exactly what they need in order to complete in a timely manner but obviously customer service is not important at a government agency.
