Despite numerous calls, they insist that I have no right to a warning. This approach leaves tenants no time to address any issues before being fined. Moreover, the company refuses to accommodate tenants' schedules. If you are not home for their six-month inspection, they demand that you leave a key under the mat or face an additional $60 fee for their inconvenience. Their lack of concern for tenant convenience and unwillingness to work with us is evident.
