I stayed here recently to attend a funeral. The facilities were great, and the staff exceeded expectations. The hotel was very accommodating with rates, changes in the dates stayed, use of the breakfast room and communal areas for events, etc. The housekeeping staff performed their jobs very well also. Everyone was very friendly. I will be staying here anytime I stay in Hot Springs.
