I had an average experience with Across the Pond Vacations. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I wasn't impressed with the customer service. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide much assistance when I had a problem during my trip. Overall, it was an okay experience.
