I had an average experience with Netwalk. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, they are a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
