I recently purchased a custom trailer from Aspen Trailer and I must say, I am fairly satisfied with the overall experience. The quality of the trailer is good, it meets my requirements and serves the purpose. However, the customer service could have been better. I had to constantly follow up for updates and it took longer than expected for the trailer to be delivered. Nonetheless, I appreciate the effort put into customizing the trailer according to my specifications.
