Here is a 10k new fireplace in the basement of our new GTM house. The fireplace is completely useless, and in fact fills the house with smoke from the upstairs fireplace. this is because GTM designed the house without considering negative pressure in the basement. Furthermore, we paid them a fee to oversee the construction and yet they gave us no help in fixing this problem. One year old GTM house with major flaw. They are not responsive and not detailed.
