I recently completed a coffee course and it was an eye-opening experience. The curriculum was well-structured and covered everything from coffee origins to brewing techniques. The instructors were passionate about coffee and their enthusiasm was contagious. I especially enjoyed the cupping sessions and the opportunity to taste a variety of coffees.
