I recently visited a Toyota dealership and had a mixed experience. While the staff was knowledgeable and the dealership itself was clean, I found the customer service to be lacking. The salesperson was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Additionally, I felt pressured to make a purchase before I was ready. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
