I helped a family member look for and eventually purchase a car from Behlmann recently (6/2019). As usual we dealt with Nick G. and we could not be happier with him. I bought from Behlmann in the past, and because I had such a great experience, I ve sent at least a dozen family members and friends up to Nick.
All 5 stars...until we met Carlos in the back financial office.
Carlos, in my opinion, is a high pressure cut throat salesman. My family member had a dollar amount that she couldn t go over and when Carlos showed us a payment that included a separate extended warranty that she couldn t afford we declined. When we declined his attitude and demeanor changed. He became agitated and made her think that as soon as her warranty was up her car was going to immediately break down and the average repair bill would be over $2300. Luckily we talked about this before we got back there otherwise she probably would ve caved. Lol.
Long story long, she got a good deal on a good car and she s very happy. Other than having to deal with Carlos we had a great experience.
