My experience was a bad one. My complaint is not about the stay, but about the event reservation sector. I got in touch by email and got no response. Today I called the phone informed on the website, after a long wait I was answered by a reception that forwarded to the responsible sector, but more than 4 minutes waiting on the line. I called again and the same procedure was done and to my surprise they left me more than 6 minutes in waiting. Only this time they disconnected my call.
I really wanted to have my wedding at the hotel, even because I already went to some events and I was always surprised by the beauty of the place. But I was extremely sad and upset about your omission.

Unfortunate!!!
