I recently tried uswaste.com for waste management services. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The pickup was on time, and the team collected the waste efficiently. However, I found their customer service to be subpar. There was a lack of responsiveness and proper communication. Additionally, the pricing seemed slightly high compared to other similar service providers. There is definitely room for improvement in these areas.
