I had the opportunity to work with Connect Reading and I must say it was an average experience. The company's website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service was satisfactory and the staff was helpful. However, I found the overall service a bit lacking in terms of efficiency. There were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, I would rate my experience with Connect Reading as average.
