My experience with the Knuffelhotel was good overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I felt that the prices were a bit too high compared to other pet boarding options in the area. Nonetheless, the service was satisfactory and my pet was well taken care of.
