I recently bought some music gear from an online store. The prices were decent, and the quality of the products was fine. However, the customer service left something to be desired. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the communication was not very smooth. Nonetheless, the products arrived in a timely manner and were adequately packaged. While I would have appreciated better customer support, I would still consider buying from them again.
