It happened out of nowhere. The bloatware anti-virus on my HP computer decided to take over and encrypt the entire hard drive and I thought I was completely out of luck! A quick google search brought me to Memofix, which was local and had great reviews. After a couple of emails, they told me they would be able to retrieve all my sensitive files from my computer at a very reasonable price!

Less than 2 weeks later, they told me my drive was ready to be picked up! They recovered all my files, pictures, and financial data from the drive, and saved me a big headache!

What made the experience even better was their online portal, which makes it easy to talk to the staff working on my order and get an idea of what phase of the recovery they are in.

These guys are the real deal, and while I hope I will never have to visit them for Data Recovery services again, I will happily recommend them to friends, family, or anyone who is stuck in a similar situation.
